Kisses Included is small on purpose. Your pets are cared for by one familiar person, not a rotating team — and that includes dogs, cats, exotics, horses and livestock alike.

How it works
Every great relationship starts with a hello. Here's how the journey from first meeting to lasting care unfolds.
Step 1
It all begins with a complimentary, no-obligation visit. Carol comes to your home, meets your pet on their own turf, and takes the time to understand their personality, routines, and any special needs. No pressure — just a chance to get to know each other.
Step 2
Feeding, medication, walks, quirks and comfort rituals all get written down, so your pet's day looks exactly like it does when you're home.
Step 3
Walks, play, training reinforcement and plenty of affection — one family at a time, so your pet is never one of a crowd.
Step 4
Photos and a short note every day, so you can relax and actually enjoy being away.
